A Social Researcher cum Political Analyst, Sanjeev has more than 15 years of experience in Social Research and has worked in leading research firms in India and Sri Lanka. The brain child behind the 1st B-school study conducted by All India Management Association in 1998 and the 1st media Brand-O-Meter study conducted by exchange 4media, Sanjeev has conducted several forms of innovative and path breaking research in the Indian subcontinent. Some of the key organisations lead by him include Hansa Research Group – Head of Quantitative Research, TNS -Sri Lanka – Head of Research, IMRB – Associate Vice President, PSB  (part of Genesis Bursten Mustellor) – Research Director. Sanjeev holds an MBA from KIIT School of Management, Bhubaneswar and has done Advanced Analytics from IIM-Ahmedabad.

Deepa Adhikari, Consultant, CSR Planning & Execution Management

Deepa Adhikari is the Founder Director of CSR Design & Execution Management firm Pipilika Enviro Private Limited. Pipilika means an ant in Sanskrit. A former broadcast journalist, with 15 years of experience in national newsrooms, and a continuing stint in CSR media campaigns for corporate giants, Deepa is also a scout for grassroots innovations that she believes can be integrated into rural CSR projects with positive outcomes. Deepa is the author of On The Road… to initiatives of Change, an impact study of CSR endeavours in parts of tribal India, commissioned by Tata Steel.
