Why: India Responsible Business Forum (IRBF) is a platform to promote adoption of inclusive and responsible business policies and practices by Indian companies. IRBF is designed to engage Indian business leaders on expanding the scope of business responsibility beyond minimum compliance.

IRBF is built on the premise that business responsibility covers all aspect of a business including workspace, supply chain, consumers and community. This edition of IRBF will focus on inclusion and will draw from the index and NVG framework.

Oxfam India in collaboration with Corporate responsibility Watch, Praxis and Partners in Change have envisioned India Responsibility Business Forum (IRBF) as a business leadership forum which promotes inclusive business and calls for its adoption by leading Indian companies.
